“Little Lost Sea Serpent" (1995) - Whoever let Donald G Jackson and Scott Shaw make children's movies should be brought up on charges. Showing this to a kid has to be against some child endangerment law, even in Florida. At least Joe Estevez got a paycheck out of it I guess. Truly insane stuff.
