Almost 3 years post op, just recently reached 100% excess weight loss (EWL), and have lost more than I weight currently. It’s not an easy journey that’s for sure, but it is well worth it. This is a life changing decision and the best one I’ve ever made for myself. 5’4”, 304.4> 145lbs.

Bought satin scrunchies to prevent hair breakage but they’re not strong enough to hold my hair up. Do I just need better quality ones or does anyone have any alternatives??

F/25/5’4” [304.4 &gt; 147.8 = 156.6lbs] (27 months) officially have lost more than what I currently weigh! I don’t even recognize the person on the left both physically and mentally. Biggest advice is to dive deep and tackle the emotional side of eating.

First time in the 140’s since being a teenager. Have officially lost more than I weigh right now (mind blowing) (-154.8lbs) it’s possible ❤️

One of the biggest pieces of advice I can give: Practice not drinking 30min after each meal.

A little face to face Friday. It’s so easy to forget how far you’ve come and get stuck in the things you’re still not happy with. 140lb total weight loss, ~2yr post-op

2 year post op today! Maintaining a total weight loss of 136lbs. Definitely still have my hiccups now and again but I’ve come such a long way.

In your opinion do you think it’s worth getting a second job just to get further ahead?

I am fashion illiterate due to massive weight loss. I love this dress but I’m insecure about my arms/plus it’s cold outside. What type of jacket/shaw/ cardigan would cover at least my upper arms and still be appropriate for a black tie event?

Just was scrolling through my camera roll today reflecting back. It’s so hard to continue to pick yourself apart despite how far you’ve come. -145lbs and been generally maintaining for around 5 months.

1.5yr post-op, 145lbs down and the snacking has re-entered! Time to get back on track and maybe lose another 20.

How to get into cooking for a beginner??

Jumping on the bandwagon, face to face Friday, 145lbs down! Side note- did anyone else used to only take selfies with half of your face? So hard to find full face!

Anyone else now hypercritical of appearance, especially in photos? I don’t know whether it’s because my face is smaller and therefore every little feature is more apparent but I always feel like my features look so harsh now in photos. Here’s a comparison for context. Can anyone else relate?
